I am from the Netherlands and he does have a point, not al drug users all criminals. Alcohol is legal, and u have some very bad drunks, weed just makes u sleepy, hungry and horny :-). I stopped smokin' weed cause I now train daily, but using it did not make me a criminal, just sleepy, hungry and horny... So why put people in jail because they use a little.. I myself know some highly succesful weed smokers, doctors, lawyers.... I don;t know any sucesfull heavy drinkers..

the actual number for dutch prisoners is well over 20.000 ... it was 128 per every 100.000 heads in 2005.
